Here at Truss Tech Aust. we can build, supply and deliver the smallest roof for a cubby house to the whole project for a triple storey house, complete with pre-fabricated walls, floors and roof. Delivered anywhere in Victoria with either a semi or tray crane truck. As well as the obvious, being pre-fabricated wall frames, posi / floor trusses and roof trusses, we also provide other products that can be used to help build your project.Although Truss Tech Aust. is not a timber yard, we do have items in stock and special orders can be made to suit your requirements. Below is a list of some of the items we may be able to help with :
- Glue laminated beams ( engineered timber beams that are to be used when specified on engineers drawings )
- Various types of joist for sub-floors and or first floors ( when floor trusses are an over kill for sub floors, we can design or follow engineers drawings to supply a more cost effective floor system )
- Particle Board Flooring ( flooring for covering your joist )
- Timber Beams KDHW F17 & LVL ( can be supplied for floor systems with wall frames or floors )
- Softwood Pine ( Available, depending on stock levels )
- H2 Termite Treatment ( If terrain is termite prone, an organically treated pine is available to build your project )
- Installation ( We do not offer an installation service, but we can recommend numerous carpenters, who would be more than capable of erecting your frame )
